Fees for the “season” (January to September):
The 2021 fees for the Bulls Rep program will vary in price due to the diamond & umpire costs per age group.
The fees includes the facility fee (rent and utility costs), modified uniform package** (pants, cap, training t-shirt & shorts), park/diamond costs, umpire fees and administrative fees. It also includes PPE to be OBA COVID-19 Return to Play compliant.
**Full uniform package (2 jerseys, navy long sleeve shirt, pants, socks, belt, cap, training t-shirt & shorts) will be provided to the 8U team.
The season starts in January when the teams begin winter training/practicing.
You’ll notice that the fees for getting on the diamonds - practicing and playing games, comprise a small part of the overall fees.
A deposit is required in October/November. The remainder of the fees may be made by credit card installments, e-transfer or cheque. Credit card installments are paid December 1st, January 1st and February 1st.
If you are not paying by credit card installments, payment in full will be required by January 11, 2021.
NO PAY - NO PLAY
Players that have not paid their registration fees in full by the above mentioned dates will not be permitted to participate in any off-season team training or practices unless alternative arrangements are made.

However, all fees must be paid in full for a player to participate in games and outdoor practices. BOMBA reserves the right to suspend a player at any time until their account is paid in full.
Assuming players are able to participate in a full session of winter training (14 weeks) and assuming a full season of games, the below policy will apply.
For 8U to 15U players, once winter training commences the 2nd week of January, $990 is non-refundable.
For 16U to 18U players, once indoor practices commence in January, $625 is non-refundable
If your player voluntarily leaves the team after the 2nd week of January (when winter training begins) only the portion for game, practices and umpires will be refunded. If your player needs to leave the team or is unable to participate for a period of time due to injury/medical reason, the applicable fees will be pro-rated
REFUND POLICY - COVID19 interruptions to winter training and/or season games
If COVID-19 restrictions from the Government of Ontario, Baseball Ontario and/or the City of Burlington prevent BOMBA from providing a full session (14 weeks) of winter training, the cost of the winter training instruction will be pro-rated based on weeks provided (similar to 2020)
If COVID-19 restrictions from the Government of Ontario, Baseball Ontario and/or the City of Burlington prevent BOMBA teams from participating in a regular season (usually 20-24 games depending on age group), the cost of diamonds & umpires will be adjusted accordingly (similar to 2020).
Non-refundable fees are:
Facility fee (rent & utility costs)
PPE, sanitation supplies, cleaning costs
Uniform costs (once ordered)
Depending on COVID-19 interruptions, adjustable fees are:
