2025 Baseball Clinics and Camps

House League Outdoor One-Day Clinic
Join us for our outdoor baseball clinic at City View Park on May 3rd. This 2 hour clinic is designed for new and returning players of all skill levels! Whether they'll be stepping onto the diamond for the first time or gearing up for another season, this clinic has something for everyone.
Date: Saturday May 3
Time: 10am - 12pm
Cost: $50+HST
Ages-6-13
What we will work on-
- Proper warm-up
- Throwing/catching
- Base running
- Infield work
- Outfield Work
- Proper positioning
What to bring- running shoes(no cleats), bat, glove, helmet and water bottle

Drop In Sessions
Want to put in some extra work hitting, catching, or fielding? Strike Zone Training offers drop in passes (available for purchase pack of 10, pack of 5 or single visit).
A coach is present at all drop ins to offer guidance on drills or feed the pitching machine. Passes are flexible, players can come for 1/2 hour or stay the whole time.
Number of participants varies each session.
Spring Hours (April 26, 2025 - June 30, 2025)
Saturdays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm (no drop in May 3rd or 10th)
Mondays: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Thursdays: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
$35 single; $150 for 5 passes; $280 for 10 passes +HST
Once you purchase a pass your players name will be added to a list. Please check in upon arrival. No need to pre-register.
Passes valid for 1 year from purchase
Ages 8 + welcome

PA Day Camp - June 6th, 2025
Join us from 9am - 4pm for baseball drills, hitting, dodge ball, soccer and more. This is for all players 6 - 13 years old.
Equipment needed: Helmet, Bat, Glove, Hat, Indoor Shoes (NO CLEATS), water lunch
